Pacific Rim 2007 Riesling Columbia Valley Selenium Vineyard Vin de Glaciere ($14, 375ml). Lush and honeyed, but not heavy, offering concentrated dried apricot and peach flavors and aromas laced with toffee and freshly grated nutmeg and clove spice.
