Recipes: Beverages: Gitano

2 ounces Harveys Fino
1 ounce sweet vermouth
1 dash orange bitters
3 or 4 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in a shaker or mixing glass. Stir. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Easy nibble to go with: Barbecue potato chips (trust us!)
