Beverages: Best Ever Citrus Martini
We had this years ago at Claridge's
Bar in London. We think we've duplicated
it pretty well here - we can't say for sure
that it's exactly the same recipe, but we're
sure it's absolutely delicious!
1 shot Stoli Ohranj vodka
1 shot Ketel One Citroen vodka
1 shot pink grapefruit juice
Juice of one lemon
½ shot simple syrup
Shake with ice and strain into chilled
martini glasses. Garnish with an orange
twist.
This cocktail works nicely with Asian-inspired
appetizers like eggrolls.
