Add Red Wine for Health

Dr. Andrew Weil, author of the hugely popular Eight Weeks to Optimum Health: A Proven Program for Taking Full Advantage of Your Body's Natural Healing Power has recently come out with a new book -- Healthy Aging: A Lifelong Guide to Your Physical and Spiritual Well-Being.

In it, Weil continues to espouse the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, including how you eat and exercise, use dietary supplements, handle stress, sleep and relax.

In a recent interview with CNN, Dr. Weil outlined a healthy diet, including adding "things to the diet, like green tea and dark chocolate and red wine, in moderation, if you want their antioxidant effects."
